Welcome to What You Wear. These Terms of Service explain the terms and conditions that apply when you visit our website, place an order, purchase products, request logo clothing, or use any of our services.
By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before ordering.
1. About us
This website is operated by What You Wear.
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to What You Wear. The terms “you” and “your” refer to the customer, user or visitor of our website.

2. What we sell
What You Wear supplies workwear, teamwear, logo clothing, hi-vis, accessories, bundles and related products.
Our products may include, but are not limited to: workwear jackets, hoodies, sweatshirts, polo shirts, T-shirts, fleeces, trousers, hi-vis clothing, caps, beanies, bags, accessories, workwear bundles, printed clothing and embroidered clothing.
Some products may be supplied plain, while others may be customised with a logo, text, embroidery, print or other branding.
3. Using our website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use our website in a way that may damage the site, interfere with its operation, or misuse our products, content, images or services.
You must not attempt to copy, reproduce, resell or exploit any part of our website without our written permission.
4. Product information
We aim to make all product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, prices and availability information as accurate as possible.
However, product colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings or lighting. Product measurements and sizing may vary slightly between brands and garment types.
Where size guides are provided, they are for guidance only. It is your responsibility to check sizes carefully before placing an order, especially for personalised, printed or embroidered items.
5. Pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling.
Prices may be changed at any time without notice. The price you pay will be the price shown at checkout when your order is placed.
Where applicable, VAT, delivery charges and any additional charges will be shown before you complete your order.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
Your order is not accepted until we confirm it by email or begin processing it. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or amend an order if there is an error in the product information or price, the product is unavailable, payment has not been authorised, we suspect fraud or misuse, the order contains unsuitable artwork, or we are unable to fulfil the order for any other reasonable reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled items.
7. Product availability
Some products may be supplied through third-party suppliers, manufacturers or fulfilment partners.
Product availability may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to offer an alternative product, a revised delivery time or a refund.
For branded orders, we may recommend substitute garments if stock levels change before production begins.
8. Workwear bundles
Workwear bundles are designed to make ordering easier. Bundle contents may vary depending on availability, size, colour and product options selected.
Where a bundle includes personalised or branded items, the personalised item rules in these terms will apply.
We may offer suggested bundle options, but it is your responsibility to check that the products, quantities, sizes and colours are suitable before ordering.
9. Logo clothing, printing and embroidery
We may offer logo printing, embroidery or other branding services on selected products.
When you request logo clothing, you are responsible for providing suitable artwork and confirming that you have the legal right to use any logo, design, image, wording or brand assets you provide.
You must not upload or send artwork that infringes any copyright, trademark, design right or other third-party rights.
We reserve the right to refuse artwork that we consider offensive, unlawful, unsuitable, poor quality or technically unsuitable for printing or embroidery.
10. Artwork files
For the best result, we may request artwork in suitable formats such as PNG, PDF, SVG, EPS, AI or high-resolution JPEG.
If the artwork supplied is low quality, unclear, pixelated or unsuitable, the final result may be affected.
We may contact you to request a better file. This may delay your order.
11. Visual proofs
For branded or personalised orders, we may provide a visual proof before production.
A visual proof is intended to show the approximate logo placement, size and layout. It is not always an exact representation of colour, stitch detail, garment shape or final production finish.
You are responsible for checking the proof carefully, including logo, spelling, colours, placement, quantities and garment details.
Once you approve a proof, production may begin. After approval, changes may not be possible and the order may not be cancelled.
12. Personalised and branded products
Personalised, printed, embroidered or branded products are made specifically for you.
This includes products with your logo, business name, staff names, custom text, printed designs, embroidery, or any other customisation.
Because personalised products are made to order, they cannot usually be returned or cancelled once production has started unless they are faulty, incorrect or not as described.
Distance selling gives customers cancellation rights for many online purchases, but return and cancellation rules can differ for certain goods, including personalised goods.
13. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless we specifically agree this in writing.
Plain, non-branded items may be dispatched faster than branded items.
Branded workwear usually takes longer because it may require artwork checks, proof approval, printing, embroidery, quality checks and packing.
Estimated branded order times may be around 7–10 working days after proof approval, but this may vary depending on the product, supplier, quantity, artwork and workload.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, incorrect delivery details, failed delivery attempts, customs delays or events outside our reasonable control.
14. Delivery charges
Delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
We may offer free delivery above a certain order value. Any free delivery threshold may be changed at any time.
If an order is returned to us because of incorrect delivery details or failed delivery attempts, you may need to pay an additional delivery charge for re-dispatch.
15. Risk and ownership
Products remain our property until full payment has been received.
Risk in the products passes to you once the products have been delivered to the delivery address provided.
16. Cancellations for non-branded items
For eligible non-branded online purchases, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
If you tell us you want to cancel within the cancellation period, you then usually have another 14 days to return the goods.
To cancel an eligible order, contact us at: info@whatyouwear.co.uk Please include your order number, name and contact details.
17. Returns for non-branded items
Non-branded items may be returned if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with any tags or packaging intact.
You are responsible for checking items when they arrive.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you may be responsible for return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items.
18. Refunds
Where a refund is due, we will refund the original payment method where possible.
For eligible online returns, sellers must usually refund customers within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of the customer providing evidence that they have returned the goods.
Refunds may exclude upgraded delivery options or additional charges where permitted by law.
We may reduce a refund if items have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, or if they are returned damaged, used, worn, washed or missing packaging.
19. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, your name, a description of the issue, photographs of the issue, photographs of the packaging if damaged, and any other relevant details.
If the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we may offer a repair, replacement, reprint, refund or other appropriate solution.
For personalised items, minor variations in colour, thread, print position or garment finish may not count as faults unless the item is materially different from what was agreed.
20. Sizes and fit
You are responsible for choosing the correct sizes when placing an order.
Sizing can vary between brands, product types and garment styles. We recommend checking size guides carefully before ordering.
For team orders, we recommend collecting accurate measurements from each wearer before placing the order.
Personalised or branded items cannot usually be returned because the wrong size was ordered unless the product itself is faulty or incorrect.
21. Business orders
If you are ordering on behalf of a business, company, organisation, club or team, you confirm that you have authority to place the order.
Business orders may be subject to different cancellation and return terms, especially for bulk, personalised or made-to-order items.
Any quotes we provide are valid for the period stated on the quote. If no period is stated, the quote may be withdrawn or changed at any time before acceptance.
22. Quotes
Quotes for branded clothing, teamwear or bundles are based on the information you provide.
A quote may change if quantities, products, sizes, colours, logo positions, artwork, delivery requirements or production details change.
A quote does not guarantee stock availability until the order is confirmed and payment terms are agreed.
23. Payments
Payment must be made using the payment methods available at checkout or agreed with us.
Orders may not be processed until payment has been received and cleared.
For larger business orders, we may agree alternative payment terms in writing.
24. Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes, promotions and special offers may be changed, withdrawn or cancelled at any time.
Discount codes cannot usually be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.
Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order, except where the law says otherwise.
30. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This may include supplier delays, courier delays, extreme weather, strikes, system failures, payment issues, stock shortages, production issues, illness, accidents, fire, flood, war, terrorism, government action or other events beyond our control.
