We aim to make ordering workwear simple, clear and reliable. Delivery times depend on whether your order is plain workwear or branded with printing or embroidery.

Delivery summary

·         Free delivery on orders over £99.

·         Plain workwear is usually dispatched faster than branded workwear.

·         Branded orders need artwork checks, proof approval and production time.

·         Tracking details will be sent where available once your order has been dispatched.

Plain garments delivery

Plain, non-branded garments is normally processed as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability, supplier dispatch times and courier performance.

Estimated delivery: 3 – 5 Working Days.

Branded garments delivery

Branded garments usually takes longer because each order may need artwork checks, a visual proof, printing or embroidery, quality checks and packing.

Estimated branded order delivery: usually 7-10 working days after your visual proof has been approved. Larger orders, complex logos or stock delays may take longer.

Delivery charges

·         Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

·         Free delivery applies on eligible orders over £99.

·         If an order is returned to us because of incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, a re-delivery charge may apply.
